Portal — questions principals ask.

Who can access the Portal?

Existing Realivo principals — buyers, sellers, operators, broker partners — with at least one active or recently completed mandate. New principals start with a brief and receive Portal credentials when their mandate is activated.

How do I request access?

Existing clients: use the "Request portal access" CTA above, or contact your Realivo deal lead. New principals: start with a brief at /contact and request Portal access at the same time.

What does the data room contain?

Asset-specific: normalised P&L, operator agreement, capex schedule, leases, environmental reports, KYC clearance status, NDA log. For sellers: full visibility into who has accessed what, when.

How is my data protected?

EU/UK hosting, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, two-factor authentication, full audit logs, GDPR-compliant retention and deletion. See Trust for the full framework.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Subject access and data portability requests are processed within statutory GDPR timelines. Contact compliance through the Portal or via /contact.
